Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIFA+ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES<\/li>\n<li>LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE<\/li>\n<li>DAMAGES BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY<\/li>\n<li>DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES<\/li>\n<li>DAMAGES FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES<\/li>\n<li>DAMAGES FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIFA+ IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.<\/p>\n<p>Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-12\" class=\"bifa-legal-section\">\n<h2>12. Indemnification<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BIFA+, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your use of the Services<\/li>\n<li>Your violation of these Terms<\/li>\n<li>Your violation of any rights of another party<\/li>\n<li>Your User Content<\/li>\n<li>Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-13\" class=\"bifa-legal-section\">\n<h2>13. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.<\/p>\n<h3>14.2 Formal Proceedings<\/h3>\n<p>If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any formal legal action must be brought in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.<\/p>\n<h3>14.3 Class Action Waiver<\/h3>\n<p>You agree to bring any dispute individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"section-15\" class=\"bifa-legal-section\">\n<h2>15. Termination<\/h2>\n<h3>15.1 By You<\/h3>\n<p>You may stop using our Services at any time.
