1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BIFA+ (BRICS International Football Alliance) through our website bifa.ai, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and all references to “you” include that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services.
2.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights and dignity of others
2.3 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BIFA+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any security breach
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Violate Laws: Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Harm Others: Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate: Falsely represent yourself as another person or organization
- Spam: Send unsolicited communications or advertisements
- Malicious Code: Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere: Disrupt or interfere with the Services or servers
- Scrape: Use automated means to access the Services without permission
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software
- Circumvent: Bypass any security measures or access restrictions
- Commercial Use: Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Infringe Rights: Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- False Information: Provide false or misleading information
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 BIFA+ Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of BIFA+ or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Trademarks
BIFA+, the BIFA+ logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BIFA+. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
5.3 Limited Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies in RAM
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your browser
- You may print or download a reasonable number of pages for personal use
- You may share content via social media features we provide
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
6.2 License Grant
By submitting User Content, you grant BIFA+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services and BIFA+’s business, including for promoting and redistributing the Services.
6.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:
- Monitor User Content
- Remove or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion
- Take action against any User Content that violates these Terms
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
6.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become the property of BIFA+ and may be used without compensation to you.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by BIFA+. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.
Your interactions with third parties and your use of their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review their terms before engaging with them.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
- Impose limits on certain features or restrict access
- Change fees or introduce new charges with reasonable notice
- Update, enhance, or alter the Services at any time
We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes when possible, but we are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 As-Is Basis
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- TITLE
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
10.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will meet your requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors will be corrected
10.3 Risk Assumption
You understand and agree that you use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from your use of the Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIFA+ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
- DAMAGES BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
- DAMAGES FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES
- DAMAGES FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIFA+ IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BIFA+, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before filing any legal action, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting us at info@bifa.ai. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
14.2 Formal Proceedings
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any formal legal action must be brought in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring any dispute individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
15. Termination
15.1 By You
You may stop using our Services at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@bifa.ai.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct harmful to other users or BIFA+
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Discontinuation of the Services
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date
- For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or via email
- Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Additional Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BIFA+ regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.
