Founder & President of BIFA
A dynamic personality behind the founding of BIFA in 2024. Since May 2000, Mr. Almazaini has been heading Equity International General Trading, attracting significant investments in various industries and facilitating the entry of major international construction firms into the UAE market. His strategic insight has facilitated the establishment of valuable relationships with global investors and made a significant contribution to the creation of the BRICS International Football Alliance.
National Team
The UAE national team made its debut on March 17, 1972, against Qatar, winning 1-0. Throughout its history, the team has achieved significant success on the international stage.

ADNOC Pro League
The UAE’s top division, founded in 1973, is one of the strongest leagues in the region. 14 clubs compete for the title, with Al Ain holding the record with 14 championships.
The league attracts talented players from around the world thanks to its liberal foreign player registration policy, allowing unlimited signings with five permitted in matchday squads.
Role in BIFA
As the host country of BIFA headquarters, the UAE plays a central role in developing the BRICS International Football Alliance. Dubai serves as the administrative center, logistics hub, and financial center of the alliance.

Vision 2071
In accordance with UAE Vision 2071, sport is the fourth pillar of the country’s development. The UAE is investing billions in new stadiums, academies, and technologies.
Two new 20,000-seat stadiums for Shabab Al Ahli and Al Wasl clubs will become new jewels of football infrastructure, ready to host top-level tournaments within BIFA.

The Russian national team played its first match during the Russian Empire era in 1912 at the Stockholm Olympics. As the successor to the USSR national team, Russia inherited rich football traditions and achievements.

Russian Premier League
Founded in 2001, the RPL is one of the strongest leagues in Eastern Europe. 16 clubs compete in a spring-autumn system with a winter break. The league has produced numerous talented players and continues to develop modern infrastructure.
Record champions include Zenit (10 titles), with clubs like Spartak, Lokomotiv, and CSKA being permanent fixtures. The league’s top scorer is Artem Dzyuba with 163 goals.
Role in BIFA
Russia is one of the founding members of BRICS and actively develops the concept of sports diplomacy. In 2024, Kazan hosted the massive BRICS Sports Games with over 3,000 athletes from 90 countries.
Russia sees BIFA as a tool for strengthening friendly ties between BRICS nations through football, creating alternative international tournaments, and promoting principles of equality and mutual respect in sports.

Having invested billions in developing the sport, China aims to become a football powerhouse while using the sport as a bridge for international cooperation within BRICS. Football Development Plan
China’s ambitious football reform plan aims to have 50 million people playing football by 2025, with 50,000 football schools nationwide. The country is building thousands of new pitches and training facilities.
